Step 1
Book Your Discovery Consultation
Your experience begins with a private 45-minute consultation.
During this conversation, we’ll get to know you, your travel goals, your group, and the type of experience you envision. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, planning a romantic getaway, traveling with friends, or visiting Miami for the first time, we’ll discuss what matters most to you.
We’ll also answer any questions about our Experience Collections and recommend the option that best fits your needs.

Complete Your Experience Questionnaire
Following your consultation, you'll receive our personalized Experience Questionnaire.
This allows us to understand the details that make your experience unique.

Review Your Experience
Once your planning has been completed, you’ll receive a personalized Experience Proposal to review.
This proposal provides an overview of your curated experience, including the overall flow, recommendations, and direction of your itinerary. It is designed for review and approval and does not include proprietary planning details such as reservation confirmations, vendor contacts, booking information, addresses, transportation logistics, timing schedules, or other concierge planning materials.
If your package includes revisions, we’ll refine the proposal based on your feedback before preparing your final Experience Guide.
Step 5
Approve Your Experience & Complete Payment
Once you’re satisfied with your Experience Proposal, you’ll approve the plan and complete your remaining payment, if applicable.
After payment has been received, we’ll finalize every detail of your itinerary, coordinate any included reservations, and prepare your personalized Experience Guide for delivery.
Step 6
Receive Your Personalized Experience Guide
Your completed Experience Guide includes everything you need to enjoy your time in Miami with confidence.

Our focus is creating a seamless planning experience that allows you to enjoy Miami without spending countless hours researching or organizing every detail yourself.

What We Don't Offer
To ensure every client receives exceptional planning and personalized attention, Lotus Miami Experiences is not a 24/7 concierge or on-demand travel management service. Once your personalized itinerary has been finalized and delivered, services such as transportation, dining, accommodations, and activities are fulfilled directly by the respective businesses or service providers. Should you require significant changes after your itinerary has been finalized, additional planning services may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Guests who desire a higher level of planning support, priority communication, and greater flexibility throughout their stay may choose our Luxury Lifestyle Experience.
Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend booking at least two to four weeks before your visit. For holiday weekends, Art Basel, Formula 1, the Miami Open, and other major events, booking several months in advance is highly recommended.
Depending on availability, we may be able to curate experiences on shorter notice. Contact us to discuss your travel dates.
Minor revisions included in your selected package can be made before your final itinerary is delivered. Additional planning or significant changes after delivery may require an additional planning fee.
We coordinate reservation requests through our trusted network whenever possible; however, reservations are always subject to availability and each venue's policies
We coordinate the planning and, where applicable, arrange approved reservations through our trusted partners. Specific inclusions vary by experience collection.
