Step One Book your Discovery Consultation. We'll discuss your travel plans, goals, and the type of Miami experience you're looking for. Step Two Complete your Experience Profile. After your consultation, you'll receive our Experience Profile to help us better understand your preferences and personalize your itinerary. Step Three We curate your experience. We'll thoughtfully design your itinerary, coordinate approved reservations, and organize every recommendation before your arrival. Step Four Receive your personalized Experience Guide. Your completed itinerary will include your recommendations, reservations, and planning details so you can simply arrive and enjoy.

Most of our experiences are designed for individuals, couples, families, and small groups. For larger groups, corporate experiences, retreats, or private events, we'll prepare a customized proposal.

We'll gladly recommend hotels that align with your travel style, location preferences, and budget. Hotel bookings are completed directly through the hotel or your preferred booking platform unless otherwise agreed.

No. Tickets for events such as Art Basel, Formula 1, concerts, or sporting events are purchased separately. We curate the experiences surrounding your event to create a seamless itinerary.

Absolutely. Every Lotus itinerary is designed specifically for you. No templates. No copy-and-paste recommendations. Every experience begins with understanding you.

Minor revisions included within your selected collection can be made before your itinerary is finalized. Additional planning requests or significant itinerary changes after delivery may require additional planning services and fees.

Guests who book the Lotus Lifestyle Experience receive enhanced communication and planning support during their stay for itinerary-related requests. For all other collections, your Experience Guide is designed to provide everything you need before your arrival.

We recommend booking at least two to four weeks before your visit. For major events such as Art Basel, Formula 1, the Miami Open, and holiday weekends, we recommend booking several months in advance.
